TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Supervised Operation:
    We operate with a supervised license. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
  • Accepted Forms of ID:
    We accept the following identification documents:
    • Current NZ Driver’s License
    • HANZ 18+ Card
    • Kiwi Access Card
    • Any Current Passport
  • Deposit Policy:
    The deposit for your booking is non-refundable and non-transferrable. It must be paid within 24 hours of receiving booking confirmation.
  • Minimum Spend Requirement:
    The minimum spend includes any food and drinks purchased by you or your guests, whether as a pre-order or on the day of your event.
  • Payment Obligation:
    If the minimum spend is not reached on the booking date, the organiser will be required to pay the difference.
  • Decoration Guidelines:
    You are allowed to decorate the venue, but please refrain from using glitter or confetti, as it can be challenging to clean and may incur additional cleaning charges.
